Our Gut and Immunity Boosting Recipes for Every Occasion!

Our newly launched Gut and Immunity Bundles are all the rage right now, and so we've created these recipes for each one. They range from refreshing smoothies to warm, cosy pasta, so there's something for every mood. Keep reading to check them out!


*For the Gut Soother*

Adaptogenic Hot Chocolate Porridge

Tis the season by incorporating hot chocolate into your life as much as you can, including your breakfast! Using our Gut Soother bundle, you can create a breakfast bowl that is not only super comforting and cosy, but also hormone-balancing and gut-friendly.

(FYI, Triphala has been proven to soothe the lining of your gut, therefore being a powerful digestive aid, and the Shatavari from our Yoni Moon Milk® helps balance hormones!)


- 1/2 cup oats

- 1 cup hazelnut mylk

- 1/2 cup water

- 1 tbsp Yoni Moon Milk® (it tastes like spiced chocolate!)

- 1/2 tsp Triphala


- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.

- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.

- Simmer uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.

- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

- Top with your favourite toppings or enjoy it as it is!

Brain Boosting Ferrero Rocher Smoothie

Replace your morning coffee with this refreshing, brain-boosting, focus-enhancing smoothie! (Or add a shot of espresso if you really can’t live without it). Containing our Limited Edition Immunity Shrooms and Raw Cacao, this nourishing smoothie is perfect for days that you need that extra cognitive kick.


- 1 and 1/2 frozen banana

- 1 cup almond mylk

- 1 tbsp hazelnut butter

- 1 tbsp Raw Cacao

- 1 tsp Immunity Shrooms


Combine all ingredients in a blender/nutribullet and enjoy!

*For the Magic Mushrooms*

Magic Mushroom Pasta

This one is inspired by Oh She Glows  (check it out here)! Make our favourite comfort food a little more magical by boosting its nutrient density with our magic shrooms! A blend of the powerful Reishi, Cordyceps and Chaga, this yummy, vegan and gluten free recipe is packed with all kinds of goodies whilst still tasting soooo amazing!


- 2 servings of gluten free penne (we love Explore Cuisine’s Green Lentil Penne)

- 1/2 tsp olive oil

- 1 medium white onion chopped

- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 3-4 cups sliced baby button mushrooms

- 1.5 tbsp rosemary

- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

- 1.5 tbsp low-sodium tamari (or just soy sauce)

- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch/tapioca

- 1 and 1/4 cup vegetable broth

- 1 cup fresh chopped kale, stems removed

- Black pepper & salt, to taste


- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Add in chopped onions and garlic and sauté for about 5 minutes.

- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 12 minutes longer, stirring as necessary.

- While the mushrooms are sautéing, cook the pasta according to the instructions and then set aside.

- Now stir in the rosemary, nutritional yeast, and tamari into the mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the broth and cornstarch until clumps are gone, and then stir into the mushroom mixture.

-Stir in kale. Cook for another 5-6 minutes or so, until slightly thickened.

-Add in the pasta and stir until it is all coated in the sauce, and enjoy!

*For the Choco-chaga*

Choco-chaga Moon Milk®

We can’t stop talking about chocolatey stuff, we know! But it’s cold, and it tastes so good, and Raw Cacao is packed with magnesium to soothe and relax your mind and body. Just spike it with the Chaga to soothe inflammation and get a hit of vitamin D, and you can even add some Coconut MCT Powder to boost metabolism and improve brain function!


- 1 cup hazelnut mylk

- 1 tsp Chaga

- 1 tbsp Raw Cacao

- 1 tsp maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)

- 1 tsp Coconut MCT Powder (optional) (click here to shop)


- Heat the hazelnut mylk in a pan or milk frother.

- Add all the other ingredients and blend with an electric whisk.

- Add maple syrup until it is at your desired sweetness.

- Cosy up on the sofa and enjoy!

Super Healing Smoothie Bowl

This Smoothie Bowl is (as the name suggests) a super healer! Feel the amazing effects and start your day on a high with this nourishing bowl, packed with nutrients, vitamins, antioxidants and healing herbs! (Dw, it tastes amazing). This recipe is also filled with fibre, leaving you satisfied for the rest of the morning!


- 1 frozen banana

- 1/2 an avocado

- 1 cup frozen blueberries

- 1 handful spinach

- 1/3 cup almond/coconut milk

- 1/2 tsp Triphala

- 1 tsp of Immunity Shrooms


- Combine all ingredients in a blender/nutribullet/vitamix, you may have to stop and stir a few times to make sure it blends.

- Add to a bowl and top with your favourite toppings, or enjoy it as it is!

*For The Immunity Moon Milk®*

Immunity Moon Milk®

This immunity boosting and anti-inflammatory Moon Milk® contains one of our star adaptogens - Cordyceps. Cordyceps is a super cool mushroom that has been used for centuries to help boost immunity, and fight fatigue and inflammation. It contains an antibiotic substance called cordycepin, which tackles virus infected cells, improves the activity of white blood cells and increases the immune response of red blood cells. It is currently a staple in all of our cupboards right now and we're adding it to everything we make!


- 1/2 tsp Cordyceps

- 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder

- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

- 1.5 cups coconut mylk

- 1 tbsp coconut butter

- Coconut Sugar (to taste)


- Heat the oat milk in a pan or milk frother.

- Add all the other ingredients and blend with an electric whisk.

- Add coconut sugar until it is at your desired sweetness.

- Cosy up on the sofa and enjoy!
