These Adaptogen Spiked Chocolates Are Easy to Make and Libido Boosting

Over here at Glow Bar HQ, we’re kind of obsessed with finding healthy ways to make our favourite treats! When we concocted this vegan ferrero rocher, we realised the only thing that it needed was a little boost in the form of our Super Sexy Elixir. This recipe may seem a little daunting but is actually super easy to make, and goes down a treat even with the non health nuts in any household!


Adaptogen Spiked Ferrero Rochers | Makes 30

INGREDIENTS

4 tsp Glow Bar Super Sexy Elixir 
100g cacao liquor (if you cannot find this a dark bitter chocolate works well!)
3/4 cup hazelnut butter or almond butter
1/3 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup maple syrup or coconut nectar
1 bag raw hazelnuts
150g dark chocolate
1 pot rose petals
(You will also need some silicon moulds, or you can roll these out by hand)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Melt the cacao liquor or bitter chocolate over a bain-marie

2. Whisk together the Super Sexy, hazelnut/almond butter, coconut cream and maple syrup/coconut nectar

3. Whisk the melted cacao liquor or bitter chocolate into the above mixture (it is normal for this to look split due to the fat in the nut butter, it is not split so don’t worry!)

4. Transfer to a piping bag

5. Fill each mould half way with the ganache mixture, top with 1 hazelnut and fill to the top, smooth over with the back of a spoon.

6. Freeze moulds for about 1 hour, until firm

7. Melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie, while this is melting you can crush the remainder of the hazelnuts up

8. Demoed the ganache from the silicon moulds, dip in melted chocolate place on a piece of baking paper

9. Top with crushed hazelnuts or rose petals
