I've been trying out the Elixinol Skin 500mg CBD Cleansing Balm for a few weeks now, and here's what I think so far:
The texture of the balm is really luxurious. It feels smooth and creamy, which makes applying it a pleasant experience. The scent is subtle and herbal, which I found quite calming during my evening skincare routine.
As a cleansing balm, it does a decent job of removing makeup and daily grime. I particularly liked how easily it melted into my skin and dissolved makeup without leaving a greasy residue. After rinsing, my skin felt clean and soft, which is always a good sign.
The CBD aspect intrigued me because I've heard it can be soothing for sensitive skin. I didn't notice any immediate dramatic effects, but over time, I did feel like my skin was less irritated after cleansing, especially during those days when it's been exposed to pollution or harsh weather.
There were a couple of things that didn't completely win me over. While the cleansing power was good, I felt like I needed a bit more product than I expected each time, which might make it run out faster than I'd like. Also, the price point is a bit higher compared to some other cleansing balms I've used, so that's something to consider.
I enjoyed using the Elixinol CBD Cleansing Balm. It's a solid option if you're into gentle cleansing with a touch of CBD benefits. If you're looking for a balm that cleans effectively without stripping your skin, this could be a good fit. Just be mindful of how much you use each time to make the most of it!
