This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, credits, and adjustments may be considered for purchases made on our B2B Data SaaS Platform ("Platform"). This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All purchases are final. Once payment is received and access to data or services is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
The fees paid are strictly for the research, cleaning, amalgamation, processing, and structured delivery of business data, and not for the raw data itself.
Refunds will not be granted in cases where the buyer changes their mind, no longer needs the data, purchased in error, or fails to download the data in a timely manner.
In cases where we are demonstrably at fault (e.g. significant data inaccuracy, corruption, or material mismatch with product description at the time of purchase), we may, at our sole discretion, issue store credit to the value of the affected portion of the data.
Credit will be calculated on a pro rata basis and may be applied to future purchases. No monetary refunds will be given.
Credit is discretionary and does not imply any admission of fault or liability.
To be eligible for credit, the buyer must raise the issue in writing within 14 days of purchase and provide clear, verifiable evidence that the data was materially defective at the time of delivery.

It is the buyer's responsibility to substantiate any claim of bad or unusable data with evidence (e.g. bounce logs, error reports, sample screenshots).
We reserve the right to investigate claims and validate data quality using our internal logs and third-party verification tools.

All data is compiled from public and third-party sources which are subject to regular change. Therefore, some level of variation, outdated records, or formatting inconsistencies is to be expected.
Sample data and previews are for illustrative purposes only. Final datasets may differ in structure, scope, or appearance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by written request.
Cancellations do not trigger a refund of any previously paid amounts. Access will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

You must allow up to 48 hours for our team to investigate and respond. Failure to do so may result in waiver of any further claim.
All refund and credit disputes must be resolved directly with LOXA CAPITAL LTD. Chargebacks raised without prior contact and resolution attempt will be considered a breach of terms and treated as fraudulent.
We maintain internal fraud detection systems, IP monitoring, and account activity logs.
Any chargeback or dispute deemed fraudulent will be challenged with full supporting evidence, including proof of access, download logs, and digital correspondence.
Customers engaging in refund abuse or fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned, held liable for legal costs and losses, and reported to relevant authorities.
By completing a transaction on our Platform, you confirm that you have reviewed our product offering and are satisfied with the information provided.

LOXA CAPITAL LTD reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy at any time.
