I recently had the opportunity to try out the Kingston Menthol 120ml Shortfill (70VG/30PG) e-liquid from Glow Bar LDN, and I'm eager to share my thoughts on the experience.
To begin, the 120ml size of this e-liquid caught my attention right away. It's a substantial amount that promises a good amount of vaping without needing to reorder frequently. The packaging was straightforward and secure, giving off a no-nonsense vibe.
The 70VG/30PG ratio intrigued me, as it suggests a focus on vapor production while maintaining a balance with flavor. I used this e-liquid in a sub-ohm tank setup, and it seemed to wick well without any dry hits.
Now, onto the flavor and menthol experience. As someone who enjoys menthol, I was excited to give this a shot. The initial taste provided a satisfying minty coolness that was quite invigorating. The menthol wasn't overly strong, which I appreciated, as it didn't overwhelm the palate.
Vapor production was notably good, in line with the higher VG content. While it didn't produce the densest clouds I've seen, it certainly delivered a satisfying amount of vapor.
One aspect that stood out was the throat hit. The menthol added a noticeable but not overpowering sensation, providing a refreshing feel during the inhale.
However, there were a couple of aspects that didn't stand out as much. Firstly, while the initial minty coolness was enjoyable, I noticed that it seemed to mellow out slightly after continuous vaping. The menthol sensation wasn't as pronounced after a few puffs, which might be something to consider if you're after a consistently intense menthol experience. Additionally, I detected a subtle aftertaste that lingered for a bit longer than I would have preferred.
Price-wise, the 120ml shortfill falls within a reasonable range, especially for the larger quantity you're getting.
In summary, the Kingston Menthol 120ml Shortfill (70VG/30PG) e-liquid offers a balanced menthol experience with good vapor production. The initial minty coolness is enjoyable, although it might mellow out over time. Vapor production is notable, and the throat hit adds a refreshing touch.
Hope this review provides insights for those considering this e-liquid!
