    Please ensure that you quote your order number, order date and full name in order to allow our team to locate the order details.

    Please make sure to read the below before contacting us. Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.

    If your order has exceeded 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

    Any item that has been opened cannot be returned, unless faulty.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (you should quote your order number when requesting a refund).

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.

    Faulty Items Exchange / Refund (if applicable)

    If your item has arrived defective or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via info@glowbarldn.com. Please include your order number and any photos / evidence of the issue.

    Any items that have been tampered with are NON-REFUNDABLE

    Once reviewed, you will be offered a refund or an exchange for the faulty product.

    Please note refunds / exchanges will only be processed once your return has been received and inspected.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, we do not replace or exchange any products that have been opened if not faulty.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit / debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@glowbarldn.com.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, if unopened, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless your item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

    If you are shipping a return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
