Aspire Nautilus X Coils - 1.5/1.8 Ohm

I’ve been using the Aspire Nautilus X Coils - 1.5/1.8 Ohm for a while now, and here’s my honest take based on my experience.

Let's start with the basics. These coils are easy to install and fit perfectly into the Nautilus X tank. They have a simple design and are compatible with various Nautilus tanks, which is convenient if you’re already a fan of Aspire products.

In terms of performance, these coils are geared towards mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping. The 1.5Ω coil provides a slightly warmer vape with a bit more vapor production, while the 1.8Ω coil offers a cooler vape with a tighter draw, ideal for higher nicotine e-liquids or nicotine salts.

One of the standout features for me is the flavor. Both coils deliver excellent flavor, which is typical of Nautilus coils. They bring out the nuances in my e-liquids, especially with tobacco and dessert flavors. Vapor production is modest but sufficient for MTL vaping.

These coils hold up well over time. I’ve experienced consistent performance without any major issues like dry hits or burnt tastes, even with regular use. They last reasonably long before needing replacement, which is a plus.

There are a couple of considerations. Firstly, the airflow adjustment is limited compared to newer tanks. It’s set for a tighter MTL draw, which works fine for me, but if you prefer more airflow customization, this might be a drawback. Secondly, the coils can sometimes flood if not properly primed or if the tank is overfilled, leading to occasional gurgling.

The Aspire Nautilus X Coils - 1.5/1.8 Ohm are reliable and deliver excellent flavor for MTL vaping. They’re easy to use, provide good longevity, and are compatible with various Nautilus tanks. Just keep in mind the airflow limitations and take care when priming the coils for optimal performance.
